Hot and Cold Buffets
The hot and cold buffet consists of a section of hand made canapés, fresh salads, hot or cold meats, accompanying side dishes and garnishes and individual desserts.
Dinner Party Meals / Function Menus
We are able to design a 3-course meal, tailored to your individual menu requirements. Menus are created using only fresh seasonal produce and can be themed towards your preferred menu style; such as Modern British, Mediterranean or Kosher Style. Once the menu is finalised, the service will be prepared and served by head Chef, Simon Myers and his team. See Menus for a sample of the meuns we have on offer (link to menus page)
You could be looking for a fully catered dinner party with highly skilled waiting staff that will organize everything, including the clearing up?
3 course meals will consist of Starters, Main Course, and Desserts with Tea or Coffee afterwards. Should you wish to offer something extra, canapés can be offered in addition to the menu prior to the sit down service. (link to canapés)
Dinner is served by experienced waiting staff, ensuring a smooth and professional service.
Outside Bar
If required, Secret Kitchen can offer you an outside bar, which will be installed on the day of your event and will be serviced by our Trained Bar Staff. Glassware is also provided. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be available and a drinks/wine/cocktail menu can be tailored to meet your requirements.
